Please follow the steps below to get access to the LifeX App.
1.Download the app 📲
Search for the LifeX member app in the app store, or click the button👇
2.Sign up ✍️
You must use the email you originally used when you applied for the room.
It's shown in the welcome email.
- With Google mail just click "continue with Google"
- With email/password: Otherwise, click "sign up" at the bottom of the screen.
3.Verify email 📩
After registering with mail and password. You will receive an email
with a confirmation link. Click the link.
4.Sign in 🚀
In the app choose "sign in"
🛠 Troubleshooting:
If you still have problems it might be because of one of the following reasons:
You don't have a registered LifeX stay
You did not use the correct email when you signed up
There is a technical problem on our side.
