In Hamburg, every LifeX home has a designated mailbox clearly marked with "LifeX". Please remember that members are not allowed to put their own names on the mailbox, as the apartment is legally rented to LifeX.
How do I get mail delivered to the apartment if my name is not on the mailbox?
When filling out legal documents, registration forms, or placing online orders, make sure to use the following format:
Add “C/O LifeX + apartment name” below your name (or on the same line).
This will help the postal service identify that the mail belongs to the LifeX mailbox.
