Why Your Bed Is Not Pre-Made at Move-In

At LifeX, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and comfortable move-in experience for all our members. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance quality, hygiene, and personalization, we have made a thoughtful adjustment to how we prepare your room.


❓ Why Aren’t My Bed Sheets Pre-Made?

πŸ” Enhanced Quality Control: Leaving the bed unmade allows you to inspect the condition of the mattress, bedding, and pillows yourself, ensuring they meet the high standards we uphold at LifeX.

🧼 Hygiene Assurance: By providing freshly laundered linens for each member to arrange personally, we guarantee that all items remain in pristine condition and untouched before your arrival.

🎯 Personalised Comfort: This change allows you to set up your bed exactly how you prefer, ensuring a more tailored and comfortable experience.


πŸ“Œ What Does This Mean for You?

Upon your arrival, you will find a complete set of fresh linens, including fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and any additional bedding provided for your room. You can arrange them at your convenience to suit your personal preference.

​Important to note; LifeX members that are in Regular Service apartments and have moved in to their LifeX home after 31st March 2025, your bed linen i.e. bed sheet, pillow cases and duvet cover are your property. Everything else belongs to LifeX.
