How to share your proof of payment before you move in

πŸ’³ To ensure a smooth move-in process, you must complete your payment transfer within 5 days of signing the contract. If the payment is not confirmed within this timeframe, the contract will be cancelled and you will not be able to move into your LifeX home.

Step 1:πŸ“± Open Your Banking App – Access your banking app on your mobile device or computer.

  1. πŸ’° Find the Transaction – Navigate to your transaction history or bank statements.

  2. πŸ” Select the LifeX Payment – Identify and click on the specific transaction related to your LifeX payment.

  3. πŸ“Έ Screenshot or Download –

    • Take a screenshot of the payment details.

    • OR Download your bank statement.

    • Your proof of payment must include:
      βœ… Payment Date
      βœ… Amount Paid
      βœ… Recipient (LifeX)

πŸ“€ Step 2: Send Payment Confirmation

  1. πŸ“§ Compose an Email – Include your full name and member number so our Finance team can match your payment.

  2. πŸ“© Recipient: Send the email to [email protected].

  3. πŸ“ Subject Line: Use a clear subject, e.g.,

    • "First Invoice Proof of Payment for [Your Name]"

  4. πŸ“Ž Attach Proof of Payment – Add your screenshot or bank statement with all necessary details.

  5. πŸš€ Send the Email – Ensure you send it within 5 days of signing the contract.
