How to Confirm Your First Invoice Payment Before Moving into Your LifeX Home

How to share proof of first invoice payment and ensure a smooth move in process

To ensure a smooth move-in process, we require confirmation of your payment transfer seven days prior to your move in date. Please note that without this confirmation, you will not be able to move into your LifeX home. If you experience any issues with the payment process or need assistance, please contact the LifeX team via the app.

Step 1: Locate Proof of Payment in Your Banking App

  1. Open Your Banking App: Access your banking app on your mobile device or computer.

  2. Find Proof of Payment: Navigate to the section where your transactions or bank statements are listed.

  3. Select the Relevant Transaction: Identify and click on the specific transaction related to your LifeX payment.

  4. Screenshot or Download: You can either take a screenshot of the transaction details or download and save your bank statement.

    The statement must contain the payment date, amount and recipient.
    ​

Step 2: Send Payment Confirmation

  1. Compose an Email: In the body of the email, include your full name and member number to assist our Finance team in matching your payment.

  2. Recipient: Address the email to [email protected].

  3. Subject Line: Use a clear subject line, such as "First Invoice Proof of Payment for [Your Name]".

  4. Attach Proof of Payment: Attach the screenshot or downloaded bank statement that includes the confirmation details.

  5. Send Email: Ensure you send this information at least seven days before your contract start date.
