Before moving in, we need a confirmation of your payment transfer. If you have any issues or delays paying your first invoice, please contact the LifeX team in the app.
In your banking app, make a screen dump of your payment confirmation, usually, you can click on your bank statement to get the confirmation details as shown below.
Note: The statement must contain the payment date, amount and recipient.
Send to [email protected] within the payment terms on the invoice and at least two days before the contract start date.
