Before moving in, we need a confirmation of your payment transfer. If you have any issues or delays paying your first invoice, please contact LifeX finance team on: [email protected]

Step 1:
In your banking app, make a screen dump of your payment confirmation, usually, you can click on your bank statement to get the confirmation details as shown below.


Step 2:
The statement must contain the payment date, amount and recipient (LifeX).

Step 3:
Send to [email protected] at least two days before the contract start date. The payment should be made within the payment terms on the invoice.

📣 Once the payment has gone through, the App will not change colour to green or show a ✅ . If we have issues with your payment, then we will reach out to you.
