If you have noticed you aren't receiving emails from LifeX (eg. your monthly invoice), and it's not in your spam/junk folder; then the issue might be that your email has too strict of a firewall. This often is the case with old University emails that people are still using. Please reach out to the support chat under the App to resolve this.
