🔍 Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
First, ensure the emails haven’t been redirected to your spam or junk folder. You can also add our email address (e.g. [email protected]) to your email safe sender list or contacts to prevent this from happening in the future.
🚫 Still No Emails?
If nothing appears even in your spam folder, the issue might be due to your email provider’s firewall or filtering settings. This is particularly common with:
Old university email addresses
Corporate or institution-managed email accounts
These systems often block automated or external communications entirely.

To resolve the issue quickly, please reach out via the in-app support chat in the LifeX Member App. Our team will help ensure your contact information is up-to-date and can assist with resending any missed emails.
