1. How to reset your dishwasher?

Try pressing the "Start/Reset" pad to reset the dishwasher and wait 2 minutes.

If the problem persists, try to reset (reboot) the dishwasher by unplugging the socket/turning off power to the unit at the house circuit breaker/fuse box for 30 seconds. Restore power and the dishwasher might be able to function normally.

2. If there an error code appearing on the dishwasher

If there is an error code that appears on the dishwasher, try to google the error code (e.g. E24), dishwasher, and the brand name. If the problem is relatively easy to fix, there should be some solutions that you can try first. Remember to always unplug your dishwasher prior to beginning a repair.

Solution

Dishes do not get clean properly.

Always scrape off food before you start the dishwasher, do not overload the dishwasher. Do not pack any dishes in front of the dispenser for the Tabs. This blocks it from opening properly. Make sure the filter, strainer, and dishwasher arms are clean. Check whether the spray arms can rotate freely and use a higher temperature for a test wash.

The dishwasher smells bad.

Clean the dishwasher filter, strainer, sprayer arms, and the bottom edge of the door. Then, run a full cycle with no dishes consider adding a dishwasher cleaner or disinfectant).

Your glasses come out white or cloudy.

Check the salt, or run the dishwasher one time, and put in a small spoon of citric acid instead of the dishwasher tablets.

The salt should be changed every 4-5 weeks for efficient use of the dishwasher. Check the salt indicator as well.

The dishwasher does not start.

See whether or not it is plugged incorrectly and if the main switch is on.

Water does not drain.

Your dishwasher will not drain if water remains in the dishwasher while it is draining. For dishwashers with a screen, an error code will be displayed. Go through the following steps and solve it.

1.Remove any kink from the supply hose.

2.Check if the dishwasher filter is not clogged.

3.Check for a blockage in the drain or supply.

If you have just installed the dishwasher, check whether the cover plate is still on the siphon and remove it.

Water leaks from the dishwasher.

Check the drain hose. A puddle of water under your dishwasher is a clear sign of a leaking dishwasher. But not every leak is visible on the outside. Dishwashers with a screen will indicate 1 an error code. Go through the following steps to stop the leak. Check if the supply hose is correctly positioned on the tap.

No water.

If a dishwasher does not get water, you will hear a constant pumping sound after starting the program. The dishwasher continues to pump until it decides that it has been enough and switches itself off. On dishwashers with a screen then an error code is displayed. View the error code and solve your problem with the following steps. Remove any kink from the supply hose. Check if the tap is open. Test whether the water connection supplies at least 10 liters of water per minute. Check whether the metal strainer in the supply hose, on the tap side, is clean.

The dishwasher does not heat up.

If your dishwasher does not heat up, this usually indicates a problem with the heating element. Unfortunately, this cannot be solved by yourself.
