How to Troubleshoot Your Dryer

If your dryer isn’t working properly and our team can’t assist immediately, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.

1️⃣ Reset Your Dryer 🔄

Try these simple steps to reset your dryer:

✅ Press the Start/Reset button and wait 1 minute.

✅ If the issue persists, unplug the dryer from the power socket OR turn off power at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds. Then, restore power and check if the dryer is functioning normally. ⚡


2️⃣ Error Code Appearing on the Dryer? ❌

If you see an error code on the dryer display, follow these steps:

🔍 Google the error code (e.g., "E24 dryer [brand name]") to find possible solutions.

⚠️ Always unplug the dryer before attempting any fixes to avoid electrical hazards.

🚫 Dryer Won’t Start


Possible Causes:

Clogged fluff filter (lint screen) 🧺

  1. Open the dryer door and pull the filter up.

  2. Open the filter and clean both sides with running water or a moist towel.

  3. If necessary, use a vacuum cleaner to remove excess lint.

  4. Close the filter and place it back in the dryer.

🔊 Dryer Makes Strange Noises or Vibrates


Possible Causes:

Frequent overloading 🚫

Contact with foreign objects (coins, buttons, etc.) 🪙

  • Remove small/hard objects from pockets before drying.

  • Ensure the dryer is on a flat, stable surface.

  • Reduce the load size if overfilled.Might be due to frequent overloading or contact with foreign objects.

❄️ Dryer Runs but Doesn’t Heat Up or Dry Clothes

Possible Causes:

  • Clogged fluff filter (lint screen) 🧺

  • Overloaded machine 📦

  • Broken heating element or thermostat ⚠️

  • Clean the filter (see instructions above).

  • Reduce the load size and try again.

  • If the issue persists, report it to us for a technician visit. 🛠️

🤢 Dryer Leaves a Bad Smell on Clothes

Possible Causes:

  • Blocked or obstructed airflow 🌬️

  • Wet laundry left in the dryer for too long 🕰️

  • Wipe the inside of the dryer with a cloth dipped in vinegar 🍶.

  • Clean the fluff filter as mentioned above.

  • Leave the dryer door open for a few hours to air out.
