Are you experiencing trouble logging in or encountering bugs inside the LifeX app? Donโ€™t worry โ€” weโ€™re here to help you get it sorted as quickly as possible! ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ


โŒ Having issues logging in?

First, make sure you're signing in using the same email address you used when you originally applied for your LifeX stay.
๐Ÿ“ง Youโ€™ll find this email in your welcome message from us.


๐Ÿ” Using Safari? Try this quick fix:

If youโ€™re using Safari (on iPhone or iPad), you might need to adjust your browser settings:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Scroll down and tap Safari

  3. Under the Privacy & Security section, disable โ€œPrevent Cross-Site Trackingโ€

After doing this, try logging in again.
