We host a wide range of events throughout the year — from city-wide celebrations to more casual get-togethers:

📱 All events are listed in the LifeX Member App (iOS/Android). You can check upcoming events, RSVP, and even host your own.
🏡 What Counts as a Monthly Community Event?
Monthly community events are slightly different from general gatherings. These must meet the following criteria to qualify:
👥 Open to different homes — Members from different LifeX apartments must be invited and able to attend.
📲 Posted on the LifeX App — You must create the event via the “Host an Event” feature in the app.
🧑🤝🧑 Inclusive — You can set a max number of attendees, but the invitation should be open to all, not a selective group.
🚫 What doesn’t count?
Events that only involve your housemates and no one else, such as a dinner exclusively with the members of your own apartment, do not qualify as community events.
📝 Planning to Host an Event?
We love member-led events and are happy to support you! Just make sure to follow these pre-event and post-event steps if you'd like financial sponsorship from LifeX:
✅ Before the Event (Pre-Event Steps)
To be eligible for support:
📲 Submit your idea through the “Host an Event” feature in the LifeX app.
✏️ Include key details:
Event Name
Location
Date & Time
Brief Description (this appears in the app)
📷 Take a screenshot of the event listed in the app — this proves the event was properly posted.
👥 Take a screenshot of the attendees who signed up in the app 24 hours BEFORE the event is due to start.
✅ After the Event (Post-Event Steps)
To receive reimbursement, please make sure you:
📸 Upload a group photo clearly showing members who attended (ideally 75% of people who were scheduled to attend)
🧾 Share a screenshot compilation of all receipts
📲 Share a screenshot of the event listing and attendee list (if not already sent)
🥳 Optional: Post fun photos or a summary in your city chat!
💸 Need Financial Support?
If you want LifeX to sponsor your event, the above steps must be followed strictly. All expenses are your responsibility unless pre-approved by the LifeX team during the pre-event steps as shared above. Reimbursements are reviewed based on:
Whether it met all the monthly event criteria
Number of attendees
Type of event
Our reimbursements are set at 75 DKK/ 10 EUR/ 110 NOK per pax.
