π What Are LifeX Community Events?
We host a wide range of events throughout the year β from city-wide celebrations to more casual get-togethers:

π± All events are listed in the LifeX Member App (iOS/Android). You can check upcoming events, RSVP, and even host your own.
π‘ What Counts as a Monthly Community Event?
Monthly community events are slightly different from general gatherings. These must meet the following criteria to qualify:
π₯ Open to different homes β Members from different LifeX apartments must be invited and able to attend.
π² Posted on the LifeX App β You must create the event via the βHost an Eventβ feature in the app.
π§βπ€βπ§ Inclusive β You can set a max number of attendees, but the invitation should be open to all, not a selective group.
π« What doesnβt count?
Events that only involve your housemates and no one else, such as a dinner exclusively with the members of your own apartment, do not qualify as community events.
π Planning to Host an Event?
We love member-led events and are happy to support you! Just make sure to follow these pre-event and post-event steps if you'd like financial sponsorship from LifeX:
β Before the Event (Pre-Event Steps)
To be eligible for support:
π² Submit your idea through the βHost an Eventβ feature in the LifeX app.
βοΈ Include key details:
Event Name
Location
Date & Time
Brief Description (this appears in the app)
π· Take a screenshot of the event listed in the app β this proves the event was properly posted.
π₯ Take a screenshot of the attendees who signed up in the app 24 hours BEFORE the event is due to start.
β After the Event (Post-Event Steps)
To receive reimbursement, please make sure you:
πΈ Upload a group photo clearly showing members who attended (ideally 75% of people who were scheduled to attend)
π§Ύ Share a screenshot compilation of all receipts
π² Share a screenshot of the event listing and attendee list (if not already sent)
π₯³ Optional: Post fun photos or a summary in your city chat!
πΈ Need Financial Support?
If you want LifeX to sponsor your event, the above steps must be followed strictly. All expenses are your responsibility unless pre-approved by the LifeX team during the pre-event steps as shared above. Reimbursements are reviewed based on:
Whether it met all the monthly event criteria
Number of attendees
Type of event
Our reimbursements are set at 75 DKK/ 10 EUR/ 110 NOK per pax.
