2️⃣ Is It the Whole Apartment or Just Certain Rooms? 🏠
If only certain rooms are affected, it might be an internal plumbing issue. If the whole apartment has no water, continue troubleshooting below!
💧 SWM: Munich's Water Supplier
SWM (Stadtwerke München) supplies water to your apartment. Here’s how to check for maintenance or outages:
Visit SWM's website to see current maintenance work in the city.
Type in your home address in the search bar to check if your apartment is in an affected area.
If your apartment is affected, click on the triangle sign for updates on when the maintenance will be completed.
⚠️ Unexpected Water Outage?

Talk to your neighbours – If multiple apartments are affected, someone might have already reported it.
Report it to LifeX via the app – We will take over and assist you!
Since this could be a wider emergency, your neighbours may have already reached out before we hear about it.
🔥 No Hot Water? Here’s How to Fix It!
If your water is running but not hot, follow these steps:
🛠️ 1. Check If Hot Water Works in Other Rooms
Try multiple taps (kitchen, bathroom, shower) to see if the issue is isolated.
⏳ 2. Give It Some Time!
Sometimes, the system needs a few minutes to reset after maintenance or an outage.
