LifeX Key + Linen Pickup Procedure - Copenhagen

Welcome to LifeX! Below you will find all the necessary details about how to pick up your keys upon arrival.

We use a secure key exchange system called KeyNest for key pickups. Your keys will be available for collection at the following location:

📍 Store: Copenhagen Central Station - Danhostel
🏠 Address: H. C. Andersens Boulevard 50, 1553 Copenhagen Municipality, Denmark
⏰ Hours: 24/7 (Open at all times)

When collecting your keys, you also have to collect your linen package.
Go to the front desk you need to pick up your linen package. They will direct you to where the linen is. The package will have your name & apartment on it.
It's important to take the right package as bed sizes vary.

You should receive an email a few days before your contract start date with key collection details, including your unique collection code.

If you plan to move in after your official contract start date, please inform us in advance. There are additional fees for each extra day your key remains in Keynest, so we drop it based on your provided move-in date.

If you experience difficulties picking up your keys outside working hours or on a weekend, please:

1️⃣ Reach out to your flatmates via the LifeX app:
📲 Go to Community > My Groups > Apartment Name
2️⃣ Contact us through the emergency number listed in the app.
