<b>A bit of information about our key pickup procedure 🔑</b>

We will send you an email a few days prior to your move-in date with all the information you need to pick up your keys: location and lock code. 

You should also check your home information in the app. You'll find all the details related to your move-in, to your home and how things work, and much more. 

If there are any changes in the procedure, you will be notified by email. 

Any issues getting the keys on a weekend, please reach out to us on the emergency number in the app.
