You will receive an email a few days prior to your move-in date with all the details you need for key collection. This will include the location, opening hours, and your collection code.

The key pickup will be at the designated location in Munich, with specific opening hours provided in the email.

Make sure to check your email for the exact hours of operation for the key pickup location.

You should receive an email a few days before your move-in date containing your collection code and other relevant information. Make sure to check your inbox, including the spam folder, just in case!

If you face any issues picking up your keys during the weekend or outside regular hours, please:

2️⃣ Reach out to us through the emergency number listed in the app.
