Our LifeX staff in Paris will contact you directly to arrange a meeting and hand over your keys.
📅 Late Check-ins
For late check-ins, our team in Paris will be available to welcome you and provide your set of keys, ensuring a smooth arrival.
📩 Important Email Notification
You will receive an email a few days prior to your move-in date with detailed information about the key collection. This email will include the specific time and place for the handover. Make sure to check your inbox!
📱 App Information
Additionally, you should check your home information in the LifeX app. It contains all the important details related to your move-in, your new home, and how everything works.
⚠️ Changes in Procedure
If there are any changes in the procedure, you will be promptly notified via email.

If you have any issues with picking up your keys, especially on weekends, please:

📲 Go to Community > My Groups > Apartment Name
2️⃣ Reach out to us using the emergency number listed in the app.
