👇 Before you start troubleshooting, follow these steps to help us quickly resolve the issue:

1. Check the LifeX App 📱

  • We notify you about any planned water cuts as soon as we receive info from our landlords. So, check the app for any updates! 📲

2. Check if it’s the whole apartment or just certain rooms 🏠

  • Is there no water anywhere, or just in specific areas of the apartment? This helps narrow down the issue!

Eau de Paris: Local Water Supplier 💧

Eau de Paris is the city's official water supplier. Here’s what to do:

  • Visit their website to check the status of any ongoing maintenance or outages in the city.

  • Simply enter your home address in the search bar to see if your apartment is in the affected area.

  • If your apartment is in the affected zone, you’ll find updates directly on the Eau de Paris website.

⚠️ Important: Sometimes, breakdowns or unexpected closures don’t appear on the map. If you can’t find any relevant info, you can call Eau de Paris’ emergency line at:
📞 +33 09 74 50 65 07

They’ll have more details and can help with the current status.

Note: If the water supply has been interrupted, don’t worry! 🚰 The water may be temporarily discolored or have a different taste, but it’s harmless. 💧

No Info from Eau de Paris? 😭

If Eau de Paris doesn’t show any planned outages on their map, there’s likely an urgent issue in the building (like a blown water pipe). In this case, LifeX can't directly fix it, but here’s what you can do:

  • Talk to your neighbors: If it’s affecting multiple apartments, someone may already have reported it to the landlord.

  • Contact LifeX via the app: Let us know about the issue, and we’ll track the problem.
