The duration of stay varies depending on the apartments.
🇩🇪 Berlin:
Minimum stay: 6 months for all apartments but for some apartments we can make the exception to allow you to move out after 3 months
if you move to another LifeX apartment inside the city, your minimum stay will again be 3 or 6 months.
if you move to another room within the same apartment, your minimum stay will not be affected.
Maximum stay: subject to change depending on the apartment. Please reach out in the app if you are unsure what applies to your case.
You can terminate your membership with a minimum one-month notice as long as it is before the end of the previous month. For example, if you would like to end on January 31st, then the notice should be given before December 31st.
