The duration of stay varies depending on the apartment.
🇩🇪 Berlin:
⏳ Minimum Stay
📅 A minimum stay of 6 months is required for all apartments. However, in some cases, we can allow an exception for a 3-month stay—please check with us if this applies to your apartment.
🔹 If you move to another LifeX apartment in Berlin, your minimum stay will reset to 3 or 6 months, depending on your original agreement.
🔹 If you move to another room within the same apartment, your minimum stay remains unchanged.
🔹 The member move can be done after 2 months of staying in the original apartment. This rule can be waived if you are switching rooms within the same apartment.
🔄 Maximum Stay
✅ The maximum stay depends on the apartment and is subject to change. If you're unsure, please reach out via the LifeX app.
📅 Notice Period
You can terminate your membership with a minimum of one full-month notice, as long as it’s given before the end of the previous month.
📝 Example: If you want to move out on January 31st, you must give notice before December 31st.
