The length of stay depends on the city. Here’s what applies to Munich:
✅ Minimum stay: 6 months
You must complete at least 6 months in your original room before switching to another LifeX apartment.
If you move to another LifeX apartment in Munich, your minimum stay resets to 6 months.
If you move to another room in the same apartment, the minimum stay remains unchanged.
♾️ Maximum stay: Unlimited
You can stay as long as you like!
📢 Notice Period
You can terminate your membership with at least one month’s notice, provided that you give notice before the end of the previous month.
For example: If you wish to move out by January 31st, you must give notice before December 31st.
