Our housekeepers come weekly to take care of the general cleaning of the common spaces and private rooms.
It can be that some appliances or rooms (common and private) require a deep clean after some time.
This includes:
Appliances: dishwasher, dryer, microwave, oven, kettle etc.
Dusting under the beds (please clear the space under the bed)
Any special request you might have
!! * The bedrooms in Regular services apartments will not be deep cleaned by LifeX. That is the members' responsibility. !!
When this is the case, please reach out to us in the app with some videos/pictures of what you think needs to be deep cleaned.
Depending on our assessment, we will create a ticket for it and then housekeeping will take care of the deep clean within the upcoming cleaning days.
Kindly note our housekeepers don't take care of some items and appliances (eg. freezer).
We also encourage members to take care of some items/appliances themselves with the help of our articles (ex. descale shower head or kettle).
