Our housekeepers clean shared spaces weekly, but some appliances and areas may need deeper cleaning over time. Members should attempt deep cleaning first before requesting assistance.
π§Ό Deep Cleaning Availability
Throughout all cities, deep cleaning can take place twice a year per apartment. Between these times, members are responsible for maintaining cleanliness.
π οΈ What Can Be Deep Cleaned?
Appliances: dishwasher, dryer, microwave, oven, kettle, etc.
Common areas requiring extra attention (sofa, rugs)
Any specific request related to shared spaces
π¨ Note: Deep cleaning does not include private rooms or private bathrooms. These remain the sole responsibility of members.
π How to Request a Deep Clean
If you believe an area or appliance in the shared space needs a deep clean, please submit a request to the Support team via the app with clear photos and details of what requires attention.

Once we assess the request, we will create a ticket, and the housekeeping team will take care of it during the upcoming cleaning day.
π© Important Notes
Housekeepers do not clean certain appliances (e.g., freezers).
Housekeepers will not clean up messes if they are caused by members.
Members are encouraged to maintain appliances themselves using our guides (e.g., how to descale a shower head or kettle).
πͺ Window Cleaning
Window cleaning is performed once a year during the summer, as part of a scheduled maintenance routine. If members choose to clean their windows themselves outside this annual visit, there is absolutely no issue β feel free to take initiative as needed!
