Your room will be ready at 3 PM on your contract start date.

Once you have picked up your keys and arrived at your new home, please fill out the move-in form in the app. You can find the form by tapping "Moving In," which will expand to show the 'Inspection Form.' Please note that once you submit the form, you will not be able to reopen it.

The form is valid for 2 weeks after your housekeeper fills it out. We strongly advise members to notify us of their move-in date so that we can ensure the form is ready for you to complete upon your arrival.

We ask you to fill in the form immediately after moving in, with pictures of your room and common area if necessary.

Our housekeeper will have prepared and inspected the room to ensure everything is ready and in good condition. However, we might miss some details, which is why you should fill out the form. Doing so will ensure you are not held liable for any damaged or missing items in case of a dispute when you move out.
