A bit of information about our key pickup procedure 🔑

We will send you an email a few days prior to your move-in date with all the information you need to pick up your keys: location and collection code.

You should also check your home information in the app. You'll find all the details related to your move-in, your home and how things work, and much more.

If there are any changes in the procedure, you will be notified by email.

Any issues getting the keys on a weekend, please reach out to us in the app.
