What do we use?
Our system key is fully electronic and works with an app called JustIN mobile app. The app is connected to your phone number and Bluetooth.
What are the steps?
Download the JustIN mobile app
Enter and validate your phone number (via sms). You'll then have access to the app and the electronic key. All phones numbers are valid, regardless of the country code.
You will need to validate with a phone number that can receive an sms, once it is validated, it does not matter if the phone number is no longer active. You can also later change your phone number in the app if you change numbers.
You will then have access to the keys for various doors, building door, apartment door, courtyard etc.
On iPhone users, you can directly add the keys to your wallet so do not need to enter the app everytime to open the doors.
For Android users, you should open the app and click on the key, then hold the phone next to the door handle.
Other points:
We recommend you download the app before you arrive as there can be a delay of 20 minutes before you have access to the key. You only need internet the first time opening the app. After that, the app works with the phone number and Bluetooth.
You will have access to the key from your contract start date onwards, and not before.
You have unlimited access function in the app always says 7 days in to the future, but this automatically prolongs, and will also say 7 days in the future even though you have unlimited access.
If you run out of battery, you should go to a nearby shop, park, bar/restaurant, or buses. They often offer a free charge for devices.
