📦 Where is My Mailbox?
Every LifeX apartment has a designated mailbox labelled "LifeX".
Please do not add your personal name to the mailbox — the apartment is legally rented under the LifeX name, and unauthorized changes may cause confusion with the postal service or building management.
📨 How to Receive Mail & Packages
Since your name isn’t displayed on the mailbox, it’s important to include the correct format when sharing your address. When filling out legal documents, official registrations, or making online purchases, always include "C/O LifeX" (short for care of LifeX) under your name or on the same line.
This allows postal workers to identify that your mail should go to the LifeX mailbox 📫

🔎 Additional Tips
For packages, especially from couriers (like DHL, UPS, or Chronopost), consider including your phone number in the delivery instructions so the courier can reach you if needed 📱
Check the mailbox regularly to avoid it overflowing, especially in shared apartments.
If you're expecting a large delivery, be sure to be at home or use delivery services that allow time-slot bookings.
