A few days after signing your contract, you will receive your initial invoice, which must be paid within 24 hours of receipt.
What it includes:

π‘ First-Month Invoice
On your move-in day, youβll receive the first-month invoice, which covers:
π Your first monthβs rent
π Monthly Invoices
From the following month onward, you will receive:
One invoice for monthly rent
One invoice for services (e.g. cleaning, utilities, etc.)
ποΈ These invoices are issued on the 1st or 2nd of each month and must be paid within 24 hours of receipt.

β If your payment will be delayed, please notify our team via the in-app support chat as soon as possible.

βπ As a recommendation, if you havenβt yet received your invoice but your payment date is approaching, you can refer to your contract to see the monthly rent amount and proceed with the transfer to avoid delays.

We recommend using Wise (formerly TransferWise) for international payments, as it offers competitive exchange rates and low fees.

π§ Important Reminders
π‘ Always include your member number or reference number in the payment details. This helps the Finance Team allocate your payment correctly.
β±οΈ Pay your invoice within 24 hours of receipt to avoid delays.
πΈ Bank fees (especially for international transfers) must be covered by the tenant.
βοΈ If an invoice is overdue, interest may be applied in accordance with German legislation.
