Termination Process for Bookings via a Listing Site

If you joined LifeX through a third-party housing platform, it’s important to complete your termination properly.

End your stay the right way

To fully terminate your booking:

  1. Cancel your booking on the listing platform you used (e.g. Spotahome, Coliving.com, Airbnb). This step ensures the platform knows you’re moving out. ❌🏠

  2. Terminate your LifeX membership in the app:

    • Open the LifeX App 📱

    • Go to Menu > Membership > Terminate Contract

Why both steps are needed

Terminating on the platform does not automatically cancel your LifeX membership. You must do both to end your stay properly. 🔁

⚠️ Failure to complete both steps will result in your termination not being processed correctly or on time. Please kindly note that this could mean additional charges or misunderstandings about your stay.
