1️⃣ Open the LifeX app.

2️⃣ Go to Menu → Membership → Terminate Contract. You can also update your planned move-out date here without initiating a termination.

3️⃣ Choose your move-out date.

4️⃣ Add your bank details for the deposit return.

5️⃣ Submit. You'll get a confirmation by email or in the app.

To ensure your deposit can be refunded successfully, please make sure to add your bank details in the LifeX App when terminating your membership.

You can do this by following these steps:

Please make sure your bank details are correctly provided before submitting your termination request to avoid any delays in your deposit refund.

You need to give one full calendar month's notice. Your contract always ends on the last day of a month. Even if you physically move out mid-month, your contract will still terminate on the last day of the month, and no prorated rent is offered for partial months.
