🚫 Zero Tolerance for Harassment

We do not tolerate any form of harassment. At LifeX, we believe that mutual respect, empathy, and clear communication are the foundations of a happy and thriving co-living experience. Repeated violations related to cleanliness or disrespectful behavior are addressed systematically to ensure fairness and accountability in maintaining a harmonious co-living space.

To ensure that, we ask every member to follow our House Rules and Community Guidelines.

If you ever feel uncomfortable or need to report something, please don’t hesitate to reach out via the LifeX app or contact our team directly. We take every concern seriously and will act promptly and respectfully.

LifeX’s Escalation Process

  1. Initial Response:

    • After receiving a report, LifeX reaches out to the identified member to address the issue directly and, if necessary, issue a written warning.

    • A reminder of LifeX’s Code of Conduct may also be sent to the household.

  2. Tracking and Continued Monitoring:

    • Incidents are tracked to ensure repeated violations are managed effectively.

  3. Further Escalation:

    • Persistent non-compliance can result in further actions according to internal procedures.When reporting any concerning issues, members are encouraged to provide documented evidence such as photographs or communication records. This helps ensure fair and prompt response to all complaints.
