How to sign in to the LifeX member app for the first time

Here are the four steps to sign up

We’re currently working on making the registration process even easier 😉
But for now, just follow these 4 simple steps to get started with your LifeX app experience.


✅ Step-by-step Guide to Access the App

1️⃣ Download the app 📲

Search for “LifeX Member App” in your App Store or click the button below:


2️⃣ Sign up ✍️

Please make sure to use the same email address you used when applying for your LifeX room — it’s the one shown in your welcome email.

You have two options:

  • Continue with Google – If your registered email is a Gmail address, simply tap “Continue with Google.”

  • Sign up with email/password – Click “Sign up” at the bottom of the screen and enter your details manually.



3️⃣ Verify your email 📩

If you signed up using email and password, you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after.

👉 Make sure to click the confirmation link in that email to activate your account. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t show up.


4️⃣ Sign in 🚀

Once your email is verified, open the app and tap “Sign in.”
You’re in! 🎉 Now you can access all things LifeX — from events to tickets to community updates.


🛠️ Troubleshooting – Having issues?

If you're having trouble signing in, it might be due to one of the following:

  • ❌ You don’t have an active LifeX stay

  • 📧 You used a different email than the one registered with your booking

  • ⚙️ There’s a technical issue on our end
