🤷‍♀️ What can I be reimbursed for?

You can get reimbursed for LifeX sponsored activities, welcome dinners or other expenses agreed with the LifeX team.

🛠 How do I get reimbursed?

👉🏼 Click on 'I want to be reimbursed' through the LifeX app chat (see below)

You will be asked to share these details:

  1. What the event was (Who's welcome dinner was it, or what LifeX activity was it)

  2. How many of your LifeX housemates attended, and their names.

  3. The receipt(s) from the dinner (a picture or screenshot) & a picture of the activity itself.

🧳 What do I need to be eligible for reimbursement?

  1. A receipt from the purchase must have all attributes as described below 👇

  • A visible name of the vendor

  • A visible list of the items purchased

  • A visible 'total amount'

  • A visible date and time of purchase

Important note: We don't accept written receipts or credit card tickets.

2. Picture of the housemates taking part in the activity (if you're not comfortable with sharing your face, a picture of the activity; i.e. a picture of your Welcome Dinner meal)

Please note: Items included on a receipt that does not belong to the event will not be reimbursed (i.e. a receipt for Welcome Dinner containing a shower gel)

Please note: If you do not have a receipt or have a receipt that does not comply with the above, it will not be accepted and your reimbursement will not be processed.

⏱ When do I get my money back?

The amount to be reimbursed will be deducted from your next month's invoice for your monthly rent. You simply pay the reduced amount for that month.

💵 What is the budget for reimbursements?

The budget for Welcome Dinners is 75 DKK/ 10 EUR/ 10 GBP per attending LifeX member. You can read all FAQs regarding Welcome Dinners here. The budgets for LifeX organised events usually vary, you can always find the budget in the description of the specific event.
