Length of stay - Copenhagen & Aarhus

The duration of stay varies depending on the city, but here’s what you need to know for Denmark (Copenhagen & Aarhus):

📅 A minimum stay of 6 months is required.
For example, if your contract starts on July 1st, your minimum stay would be until December 31st.

​The minimum length of stay in Aarhus will remain at 3 months.

✅This applies to all new bookings.

✅ There is no maximum stay—you can stay as long as you like! 🎉

If you decide to move within LifeX: ➡️ Moving to another LifeX apartment in the same city: Your minimum stay resets to another 6 months.
➡️ Moving to another room within the same apartment: Your minimum stay remains unchanged.

🔹 The member move can be done after 2 months of staying in the original apartment. This rule can be waived if they are switching rooms in the same apartment.

You can terminate your membership with a minimum of one full-month notice, as long as it's before the end of the previous month.

📝 Example: If you wish to leave on January 31st, you must give notice before December 31st.
