LifeX offers different products in order to answer as best as possible what you're looking for.

Our goal is to provide a hassle-free and flexible housing solution with easy access to a diverse and international community. But not everyone has the same needs, that is why we have different service offers.

We offer shared apartments and studio/1-bedroom apartments, and Service Plus or Regular Services.

*Cleaning information: that applies to all our apartments, except Glocke and Kamin. Those apartments have no cleaning at all.

That table can give you a clear view of what we provided depend on the service level you choose.

Other points:

All members, in Service Plus and Regular Services, must clean in between cleaning days. But living in a home with Regular Services means more responsibilities for our members, as cleaning only takes place twice per month.They are responsible for:

  • Cleanliness of the spaces clean in between cleaning days

  • Cleanliness of your private room, including bed linen and towels (mandatory)

That also applies to the members living in Kamin and Glocke, who are fully responsible for the cleaning of the house. Our team will monitor the cleanliness though, and we might organize deep cleaning (at members' expense) if the cleanliness is not up to par.

We ask everyone to play their part, regardless if you have flatmates or live alone. We ask you to be respectful of the spaces, of your flatmates (if any) and of the LifeX team.

We have created a cleaning framework to help you take care of the spaces, both common and private, and examples of cleaning schedules that you should put in place with your flatmates.
