๐Ÿ’ณ Confirm Your First Invoice Payment:
Ensure your payment is confirmed at least 7 days before your move-in date. Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Subject: โ€œFirst Invoice Proof of Payment โ€“ [Your Name]โ€

  • Body: Your full name and member number

  • Attachment: A screenshot or bank statement showing the payment date, amount, and recipient.

  • Get the app here.

  • Use it to contact your new housemates, reach out to our support team and find answers to your questions.

โฐ Inform Us of Your Move-In Date & Time

  • Let us know your move-in date & time via the app.

  • You can update the time up to 4 days before your scheduled move-in.- Alternatively, you can log in to the LifeX App and directly update your move-in date. The app allows for quick changes to your details, ensuring your records are up-to-date.

  • This helps us ensure a smooth arrival. You can find more information about the move in procedure here.

๐Ÿ  Register Your Address

  • Donโ€™t forget to register your new address!- Address registration is crucial for ensuring smooth transitions during both move-in and move-out processes. Make sure to check if this is updated for each move.
